Mathilda Irawan is a food entrepreneur and a lifestyle coach, she owns Mathilda’s vegan restaurant in Oshawa. She found her life’s calling by learning how to heal her own body.
At age 30, she hit bottom. After car accidents and injuries, she felt more unwell than ever. To heal herself, she studied wholistic nutrition and yoga therapy.
Fast forward several years. Now, the goal of Mathilda’s life work is to find the root causes of lifestyle diseases and to help other people heal.
