Today Lori will be speaking about the many ways we give to the UUCD, and how our individual committment combines to create a greater whole.
Lori Kyle is the UUCD’s recently hired spiritual leader. In May 2014 Lori completed her Master of Divinity degree. She hopes to be ordained in 2015 following her meeting with the Unitarian Universalist Association Ministerial Fellowship Committee in April. Last month we explored the responses of questions posed to various UU ministers and Religious Education staff regarding the engagement of youth in our congregations. This Sunday, we will learn about the youth's own responses to those questions, as well as their thoughts about the adults' impressions. Come and find out how on track the adults were about what make our youth tick!

On October 26th, Cheryl Jack explored with us the theory of Appreciative Inquiry, (AI). Now that the foundation have been laid, we are more equipped to move from the theoretical to the operative by applying the AI approach to congregational life and specifically how such ideas can help communities to prosper. This Sunday we will consider the applicability of AI to UUCD and our growth aspirations.
